One of our featuring designers, Siman Tu, carries a range of custom jewelry from necklaces and earrings to pins and hair combs. Before we feature some of his beautiful pearl jewelry collection, lets quickly go over Tu’s life as a designer.

Siman Tu was born in South Korea and came to the United States with his family at a very young age. In 1989, Siman Tu established his first haute couture jewelry enterprise, Bijoux Garden, Inc. Since then, Mr. Tu has enjoyed international acclaim among discriminating collectors of haute couture custom jewelry and luxury accessories. His jewelry lines are available at finer specialty stores and haute couture houses around the world such as Bergdorf Goodman, Harvey Nichols, Mitsukoshi, Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera, Vera Wang, and of course, SWAG!

Siman Tu's collection have been seen on Miss Universe and Miss USA titleholders for the past four years. He has a star-filled following of celebrity clients as well. Names like Barbara Walters, Geena Davis, Catherine Zeta Jones, Anne Hathaway, Kim Catrall, Hilary Duff, Lindsey Price, and Mary J. Blige have all sported Siman Tu pieces. Tu's jewelry has also received some noticeable airtime. Many of his pieces have been repeatedly featured on popular TV shows like Gossip Girl and Lipstick Jungle.

So why are Siman Tu’s designs so prolific in the design world? The answer simply comes down to the quality and craftsmanship that’s involved in making his lines. He has Victorian and Art Deco inspired collections, as well as wild nature inspiration in his semi precious stone jewelry. Much of his success can be attributed to his beautifully designed pearl infused bridal line.

Regardless of the line, the amount of detail and time is apparent in all his pieces. Sometimes it requires over 100 soldered parts and findings with thousands of stones to complete just one necklace. These attributes, along with his attention to delicate detail, ensure an uncompromising standard for each of these museum-quality pieces.
