Designer Highlight: Alex and Ani

Alex and Ani’s designer, Carolyn Rafaelian, believes that we all have a positive message to share with the world and incorporates this symbolism into each piece of jewelry. History 
Carolyn Rafaelian grew up in a family of jewelers, and making beautiful, high-quality jewelry is a family tradition. Rafaelian began apprenticing for her father at a very young age learning the family craft while growing up in Rhode Island, the jewelry capital of the world. Carolyn began Alex and Ani in 2004, and has been creating her patented signature bracelets, necklaces, and rings ever since. Her line, named after her two daughters, is adored by celebrities, fashion editors, and stores around the country.
